SummonThe Last CovenEnter the ritual
An All Hallows' Eve ritual · live on devnet

Gather at the gate.
One walks back.

Bind a Soul for 0.01 SOL. Every Reaping takes half, down to a final one-on-one. Swear to a Coven and you can still win from the grave.

A moonlit graveyard beneath a gothic castle. Hooded pilgrims gather by candlelight at an open iron gate.

Three steps into the dark.

I

Bind

Each Soul costs a flat 0.01 SOL. 85% of it goes to the pot, 10% buys $SUMMON on the market and burns it, and 5% keeps the house running.

II

Survive

When the gate seals, the Reaper comes on a schedule. Each Reaping takes half the living Souls, down to a final one-on-one. Once the gate seals, nobody new comes in.

III

Share the spoils

The final table (the last 16 Souls of the night, eight in the other rituals) splits 30% of the pot. One Soul remains: walk alone and its owner takes the rest; in a Coven, 90% of the rest is shared between members in proportion to the Souls they bought, including Souls that fell.

Choose a Coven, or walk alone.

Covens pool their luck. Once 100 Souls are bound, no Coven may grow past 40% of the field. Leaving means breaking a Blood Oath.

Choose a Coven to share its winnings, or walk alone for the winner’s share. Live counts will return with the connection.

How it works on-chain.

◎

The pot is held by the program

Offerings go to a vault account owned by the SUMMON program, not to anyone's wallet, and the program computes and pays every share itself. The program can still be upgraded by its authority and has not had an independent audit: this is a free devnet playtest. Inspect the program.

⚄

Randomness no one controls

When the gate closes, the program fixes a seed from a fresh slot hash and asks ORAO's VRF in the same transaction. Nobody can see the outcome first, or pick it.

The ritual page decodes the program's accounts in your browser and replays every Reaping against the chain. See the program.

The rules of the ritual.

Devnet: a shared on-chain ritual, played with test tokens.

  1. Enter. Each Soul costs ◎ 0.01, paid in SOL. No token is needed. The price is the same from the opening to the gate. The entry form shows your cost, the take and what reaches the pot (the prize pool). Network fees and account rent are additional.
  2. The take. 15% of every SOL offering is taken, and the rest is the pot: 10% of the offering buys SUMMON on the market and burns it, and 5% goes to the house, which pays invite rewards from its share. Every buy-and-burn is a public transaction.
  3. Coven membership. Once an entry would bring the field to 100 Souls, it cannot take the receiving Coven above 40% of the total. Earlier entries are not removed, so an existing Coven may be above the cap. A solo entry is exempt. Switching Coven burns 5,000 SUMMON initially, doubling each switch. Switching is only possible before the gate seals. Your fallen Souls keep counting toward your Coven’s share.
  4. Reapings. Above 256 Souls, each Soul flips a fair coin. At 256 or fewer, each round removes half, rounded down, until one remains. Every Soul has equal survival probability within a round.
  5. No late entry. Once the gate seals, the field is fixed.
  6. How the pot is split. The final table shares 30% of what is left. The rest goes to the last Soul: all of it to a solo winner; in a Coven, 90% between members in proportion to the Souls they bought and 10% to the last Soul’s owner.
    Fine print

There is no carry-over; the closing pot is allocated to this ritual. If a final table was formed, 30% of that pot is allocated equally to its seats. The remaining winner share goes entirely to a solo winner, or is split 90% among the winning Coven’s eligible contributed Souls and 10% to the final Soul’s owner. A solo winner does not take other players’ final-table prizes or the next ritual’s carry-over. Small rounding differences are settled in lamports.

  7. Final table. When between two and eight (sixteen on the nightly) Souls remain, their seats are fixed and they share 30% of the pot, whoever is last. Every Soul stands until it falls or wins: there is no leaving a ritual once the gate seals.
  8. The Séance. A side ritual with five candles. Each invocation has an 80% safe chance and a 20% chance of losing the offering. Practice is free and simulated; the devnet séance stakes SOL against a house reserve with no SUMMON burn. Its 5% fee is split into 3% operations and 2% reserve. Oracle and network costs are additional.

Devnet results can be inspected in the ritual’s proof tab. This is an unaudited playtest, not a real-money launch.
